Key Bridge Mainline Trestle Pile Welding Complete!

Big progress on the new Key Bridge! Our Strum Contracting crew has wrapped up welding of all the 24" and 35" trestle piles for the mainline of the trestle, the work platform that makes the rest of the construction possible.

These piles carry us all the way out to piers 24 and 25, the future home of the bridge’s north and south pylons. With the platform in place, crews can move forward with the next phase of building the new Key Bridge.

We’re proud to have the Strum Contracting team on the job and look forward to sharing more updates as work continues!
